Vendor Responsibilities

Market Hours:
OCT 5th & 6th, 2024
Saturday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Vendors are expected to have their tables setup and ready to receive guests by 10:45 AM each day.
Setup Hours:
Saturday 8:30 - 10:45
Sunday 10:00 - 10:45
All goods and display racks must be rolled in or carried to your table.
DO NOT SLIDE BOXES ACROSS THE FLOOR
This may scratch the floor and incur damages fees imposed by the hall.
Volunteers are NOT available to load your goods in or out.
The market closes at 5:00 PM Saturday and 4:00 PM Sunday. You may not start packing up to leave before the Market closes.
Please remove everything from your table by 5:00 PM at the latest on Sunday.

No CBD or THC or Alcohol sales or tasting.
No Smoking or Vaping
Food may not be sold to be consumed on site.
Packaged items like candy may be sold.
No Pets except service dogs
No Candles or other flame
No Outside Tables (Display racks are permitted)
No tape on the floor
No taping or pinning anything to the walls or support beams.
Tables must have a skirt to the floor – Nothing can go in the aisles.

The Lift is Not available. It is not an elevator.
To move between levels:
A) Use the inside stairs at the Keary Street main entrance
B) Use the outside ramp on the west side of the hall down to the alley behind the Hall.
C) Use the outside stairs on the east side of the hall.

Encourage your Social media followers to take transit.
The Sapperton Skytrain station is very close by at 200 Keary street.
Vendors are not permitted to park at the hall during market hours.
