Loading & Setup

Sapperton Pensioner's Hall:
318 Keary St. New Westminster

LOADING and SETUP 
Step 1: Park & Unload
Step 2: Re-park your vehicle.
Step 3: Setup your table

Once you have unloaded your vehicle and moved your goods to your table, please park elsewhere, then return to setup your table. This will keep the loading area clear for all Vendors. 


There is no Vendor parking at the Hall.

​Setup Hours
Vendors are expected to have their tables setup and ready to receive guests by 10:45 AM,
Setup Hours: 
SATURDAY 8:30 - 10:45
Market Hours:  OCT 3rd & 4th, 2026
Saturday  11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday    11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

All goods and display racks must be rolled in or carried to your table.
DO NOT SLIDE BOXES ACROSS THE FLOOR
This may scratch the floor and incur damages fees imposed by the hall.
Volunteers are NOT available to load your goods in or out. 

The market closes at 5:00 PM Saturday and 4:00 PM Sunday. You may not start packing up to leave before the Market closes.
Please remove everything from your table by 5:00 PM at the latest on Sunday.

Upper Level Vendors:
Load from Keary street.
(Upper Level Vendors ONLY)
You may load through the main entrance or through the side entrance on the West side.
Parking is limited in from of the Hall on Keary street, so arrive early to unload.

Lower Level Vendors:
Load from the alley immediately south of Keary Street through the lower level doors.
You may temporarily park in the small parking lot temporarily for loading only.

During Market hours, the parking lot and stalls at the back of the Hall are reserved for Staff, Volunteers and disability parking.

If you are on the lower level, Do not load from the main entrance on Keary Street. 
​It will be too congested and you will have to carry your items down the stairs.
Only Upper Level Vendors are permitted to load from Keary Street

Pro Tip: If you approach the Hall from Columbia St., don't turn onto Keary street. Instead, turn into the alley 1/2 block south of Keary Street. It will take you to the  small parking lot by the lower level entrance.
