Market Hours:
Saturday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Vendor Hours:
Saturday 8:30 - 5:00 Sunday 10:00 - 5:00
When is payment due?
If your application accepted, you will have 7 Days to provide payment.
Full payment is required to secure your spot and is non-refundable.
Partial deposits are not accepted.
Your space is secured only when payment is made.
Can I sell items that are not hand-made?
Yes. The bulk of the items sold at the market are hand-made crafts. This is great. These unique items attract Halloween fans looking for one-of-a-kind items they can't find anywhere else. There's no problem selling vintage jewelry, Halloween collectables, comics or stickers. Just let us know on your vendor application so we don't overload any categories.
Can I sell Art Generated by AI?
We prefer that you didn't, however we are not the art police. We will not be monitoring whether or not your artwork is generated by AI.
What can't I Sell?
THC, CBD, alcohol, or adult themed products. This is a non-licensed family event.

When is the deadline to book a table?
Follow All Hallows' Eve Market on Instagram form updates on the next Market.
Can I bring my own table?
No. Only tables provide by the Hall are permitted. See the Hall Rules at: Vendor Responsibilities.
Can I use my display rack instead of a table?
Yes, as long as it's less than the width of the table(s) you have booked.
Be sure to let us know, so we don't setup a table at your space.
You can also book an 8-foot space with a 6-foot table.
Where is my Table located?
You will receive your table number 2 weeks before the market date. You will know whether you are on the Upper or Lower Level. See: Loading & Setup
You will receive the final floor plan showing where your table is located when you check in Saturday morning.
Do I need to bring my own table cover and skirt?
Yes. The tables are bare. You must supply your own cover and skirt that covers to the floor.
When can I setup my table?
As early as 8:30 Saturday morning. Setup early to beat the rush. See Loading & Setup
You can come in at 10:00 AM Sunday morning if you like, An hour before the market opens at 11:00.
Where can I store my goods?
Under the table. There is no additional storage available at the Hall.
What's the Wi-Fi password?
You will receive the Wi-Fi Network and Password 3 Days before the Event Date
It will also be posted at the Hall.
I requested Power. Is power available?
A/C Power outlets are not available to all tables.
Every effort will be made to provide power to Vendors that requested power. Please bring an extension cord and a power bar.
Be sure to fully charge all your devices the night before each market day.
Bring a backup battery charger if you have one.
Where do I park?
There is no Vendor parking at the Hall.

Can I get a receipt?
Yes. Just ask and I will send you a receipt by email.
